    椒麻鸡

        新疆除了有名的大盘鸡外,还有一种椒麻鸡在本土也是很火热的。
        在炎炎的夏日,这道类似凉拌做法的椒麻鸡在夜市上是除了烤肉之外的另一道主打菜。
        这是小普从夜市上外带回来的,的确不辜负它的名字,椒麻,我才吃了一口,舌头就麻透了,于是,就着冰镇西瓜方能继续大快朵颐,那麻,辣,鲜,香的滋味叫人是欲罢不能...
        总结做法如下;
        1;嫩鸡用白斩鸡的方法制熟去骨将肉撕成条装盘
        2;将花椒煮制成花椒水(多一些),花椒,干红椒过油成红油料
        3;将2的料倒在1上再放入洋葱,葱段,盐,鸡精,少许醋拌匀即可

    椒麻鸡,在新疆很出名的呢,但上次去就吃了两次,一次是在去吐鲁番的路上吃的,忘了店名叫啥,很不错的呢!当晚在乌鲁木齐一家很好看的店又点了,结果发现和中午吃的想去甚远,最终导致的结果就是第二天没有到某个地方外卖几只带回来……餐厅菜做得不好,可见结果多么地可怕
